The hotel was seriously understaffed, especially for a big weekend, they should have been prepared for the crowds. Also, parking was at a distant lot, with a shuttle. Ack to the hotel, min 3 days at $40 each- cash! This was even if you were only staying one night. I would have missed kickoff if I hadn't lucked into a Parking spot on the street.

The location was central, near the CBD, the best restaurants, and the downtown/French Quarter. Downtown New Orleans district was worth visiting. The breakfast was delicious and great. The salad bar was a plus....

The staff at JW Marriott New Orleans were incredibly friendly and accommodating. The room I stayed in was spacious, had a beautiful view, a comfortable king bed, and even snacks. The hotel's fantastic location was within walking distance of the French Quarter and right on Bourbon Street.

Everything at the jw was excellent except the grill. The service was perfunctory at best, organization was terrible and we would have avoided it completely if the breakfast had not been included in the tariff
